What safety measures are in place for NORTHEAST 2021?

We are looking forward to seeing our attendees face-to-face and in person at NORTHEAST 2021, happening LIVE Sept. 10-12 at the Meadowlands Expo Center of Secaucus!

The safety of our attendees and exhibitors is of the highest importance to AASP/NJ. We are in frequent communication with the expo center and are following protocols from both the town of Secaucus as well as the state of NJ to ensure that we’re keeping everyone safe leading up to (and during!) the show. We will be encouraging the wearing of masks and practicing social distancing. We’ll also have masks available at the registration area for anyone who requests them.

The Meadowlands Expo Center is a VenueShield facility, and has upgraded their safety and cleanliness measures. Additional details are available at THIS LINK.

What is NORTHEAST?

NORTHEAST is a three-day trade event for the automotive repair industry, and is the flagship event of the Alliance of Automotive Service Providers of New Jersey (AASP/NJ). To learn more about the show and about host association AASP/NJ, please visit our About NORTHEAST page.

Where is NORTHEAST located?

NORTHEAST is located at the Meadowlands Exposition Center – 355 Plaza Drive, Secaucus, NJ 07094. For directions, click here.

What are the dates and hours of NORTHEAST 2021?

NORTHEAST 2021 is happening September 10-12, 2021. Show hours are as follows:
Friday, Friday, Sept. 10: 5pm – 10pm
Saturday, Sept. 11: 10am – 5pm
Sunday, Sept. 12: 10am – 3pm

How much does it cost to attend NORTHEAST?

There is no charge to attend NORTHEAST for those who pre-register for the show online.

How do I register for educational sessions?

NORTHEAST 2021 badge registration now includes FREE educational opportunities for all attendees Friday and Saturday. All classes will be held at Embassy Suites by Hilton Secaucus Meadowlands, just steps from the Meadowlands Exposition Center. Registration for class is not required and attendance is first-come, first-served, open to NORTHEAST attendees only.

EXHIBITORS FAQ

How do I reserve an exhibitor booth?

To reserve an exhibitor booth space for NORTHEAST 2021, please complete and return a booth agreement along with 50% deposit, to NORTHEAST Event Management:

Please note that booth agreements received without deposits will not be assigned a booth location. Payments accepted by check or credit card.

My company is contracted to exhibit at NORTHEAST but we are unable to attend. Can we get a refund on our booth space?

Per the NORTHEAST exhibitor booth agreement, all deposits and payments on NORTHEAST exhibitor space are non-refundable. Submission of a completed booth agreement serves as an agreement to pay for contracted booth space regardless of attendance. Can I reserve a specific booth location?

Exhibitor booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Returning exhibitors will be given first right of refusal on their exhibit location. Exhibitors are asked to list their top 3 most-preferred booth locations when submitting exhibitor booth agreements. Upon receipt of signed agreement and 50% deposit, event management will make all attempts to honor exhibitor requests but cannot guarantee all requests will be honored.

When are booth payments due?

A 50% deposit is due upon submission of completed exhibitor booth agreement. Final booth payments are due 45 days prior to showtime.

Where do I send my payment?

Credit card payments can be made by completing and submitting our credit card authorization form to Event Management. Checks should be made out to AASP/NJ’s NORTHEAST Show and remitted to the following address:

Can I pay for my booth by credit card?

Yes. Credit card payments can be made by completing and submitting our credit card authorization form to Event Management. If you submit your 50% booth deposit by credit card, PLEASE NOTE that unless noted otherwise by you, outstanding booth balances will automatically be run 45 days prior to the event using the card on file if final payment has not been received by that time.

When are exhibitor move-in and move-out dates for NORTHEAST 2021?

LARGE EQUIPMENT (20′ x 20′ +) exhibitor move-in: Thursday, Sept. 9, 12pm* – 5pm
STANDARD EQUIPMENT (20′ x 20′ and smaller) exhibitor move-in: Friday, Sept. 10, 8am – 5pm (show opens at 5pm)

Exhibitor move-out (ALL):Sunday, Sept. 12, beginning at 3pm (Show closes at 3pm)
Exhibitor freight pickup**: Monday, Sept. 13, 8am – 12pm

*Exhibitor move-in prior to 12pm MUST be scheduled in advance. If you need to schedule an earlier move-in time, contact MEC at 201-330-7773.
