✓ Register yourself and your team for exhibitor badges
Online badge registration is now open! Click HERE to pre-register online for free. Make sure to choose “exhibitor” for your category. The weekend of NORTHEAST, visit the expo center lobby and provide your company name or email address to retrieve badges. Note: Badges will not be mailed.
✓ Submit valid certificate of liability insurance
All NORTHEAST exhibitors are required to carry and maintain personal injury and property damage coverage under a policy of general public liability insurance, with policy limits of at least $1,000,000 combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage, and naming AASP/NJ as an additional insured. A new certificate must be supplied every year. Certificates of insurance can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. Certificates must be received prior to show move-in.

✓ Review Move-in / Move-out deadlines, connect with expo center for additional guidance
Contracted exhibitors should review page 2 of the exhibitor booth agreement for important move-in and move-out dates. (Large equipment [20×20 or larger] move-in: Thursday, March 17 beginning @ 8am. Small equipment [20×20 or smaller] move-in: Friday, March 18 beginning @ 8am.) If you will need to move in early or make additional accommodations for your booth, contact the expo center at 201-330-7773 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Early move-in MUST be coordinated through expo center management.
✓ Review exhibitor booth services (lead retrieval to scan badges; carpet; electric; compressed air; etc.)
Contracted exhibitors will be receiving exhibitor kits by February 1, 2022 to review and submit orders on booth services. Contact the expo center at 201-330-7773 or email@example.com with any specific questions regarding booth ordering. All booth orders MUST be coordinated through the expo center, with the exception of lead retrieval orders, which should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org, or faxed to 973-235-1963.
