To make a payment: Either mail your payment to: AASP/NJ’s NORTHEAST Show, 244 Chestnut St., Suite 202, Nutley, NJ 07110, OR pay securely via credit card at THIS LINK. NOTE: A 3.5% surcharge is applied to all credit card transactions by a third party. This fee is not greater than AASP/NJ’s cost of accepting credit cards.

✓ Submit valid certificate of liability insurance
All NORTHEAST exhibitors are required to carry and maintain personal injury and property damage coverage under a policy of general public liability insurance, with policy limits of at least $1,000,000 combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage, and naming AASP/NJ as an additional insured. A new certificate must be supplied every year. Certificates of insurance can be emailed to info@aaspnjnortheast.com or exhibitorservices@mecexpo.com. Certificates must be received prior to show move-in.

✓ Review Move-in / Move-out deadlines, connect with expo center for additional guidance
Contracted exhibitors should review page 2 of the exhibitor booth agreement for important move-in and move-out dates. (Large equipment [20×20 or larger] move-in: Thursday, March 14 beginning @ 8am. Small equipment [20×20 or smaller] move-in: Friday, March 15 beginning @ 8am.) If you will need to move in early or make additional accommodations for your booth, contact the expo center at 201-330-7773 or exhibitorservices@mecexpo.com. Early move-in MUST be approved by the expo center.
